Green manufacturing is an important means to address national resource and environmental issues, a key task for industrial transformation and upgrading, and an effective approach for the industry's green development. This document follows the principles of consistency, professionalism, advancement, and operability. The overall structure is consistent with GB/T 36132—2018, including six primary evaluation criteria: basic requirements, infrastructure, management system, energy and resource input, products, environmental emissions, and comprehensive performance. Evaluation indicators and their weight distribution are selected based on the resources, energy, and environmental factors of prefabricated building components. They fully consider the characteristics of the prefabricated building components industry and its green development trends to objectively reflect the level of factory greening. The standard sets advanced indicators for factories to achieve in terms of green technology, equipment, and management directions, adopting a quantified scoring evaluation method aimed at comprehensively quantifying the level of factory greening to lead the green development of the industry.
