This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of metronidazole, demenidazole and isoprenidazole in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of metronidazole, demenidazole and isopronidazole in compound feed, concentrated feed, and additive premixed feed. The detection limits of metronidazole, demennidazole and ipronidazole in feed were all 0.05 mg/kg, and the quantification limits were all 0.1 mg/kg.
