Scope
This document provides the competency requirements, responsibilities, and implementation and assessment guidelines for the management personnel of school (including childcare institutions, the same below) canteens who implement the main responsibility for food safety, as well as daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling work mechanisms. This document is applicable to school canteens within the administrative area of Jining City to implement the main responsibility for food safety. Other centralized dining units (medical institution canteens, government unit canteens, nursing home canteens, etc.) can refer to this document to implement the main responsibility for food safety.
