Scope

This document stipulates the energy statistics scope, energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit, calculation method, energy-saving measures and other requirements of sludge treatment facilities in urban sewage treatment plants. This document is applicable to the supervision and management of energy consumption of sludge treatment facilities in urban sewage treatment plants.
