This standard establishes the rules for the design of prefabricated shells (spans) from metal corrugated elements when designing new, reconstructed and subject to major repairs of permanent bridge structures located on public roads, including when public roads pass through the territory of populated areas, as well as pedestrian bridges over public roads. This standard applies to bridge structures intended for operation in any climatic conditions, in conditions of medium and low soil aggressiveness (soil and groundwater) in accordance with GOST 9.602. This standard does not apply to the design of:
——combined bridges;
——communication structures not intended for the passage of vehicles and pedestrians
