This standard comprises 10 chapters, including scope, normative references, terms and definitions, infrastructure, functional requirements, performance requirements, quality requirements, data security requirements, testing methods, and product user manuals. The main content of each chapter is as follows:
1. Terms and Definitions
This standard defines three terms: "Smart Management Platform for Kindergarten," "Intelligent Management Terminal," and "Digital Cockpit."
2. Infrastructure
The infrastructure includes system architecture and functional architecture. According to the actual application scenarios of kindergartens, the system architecture references GB/T 36342 Overall Framework of Smart Campus, consisting of four parts: infrastructure, supporting platform, application platform, and user terminals; the functional architecture comprises five modules: management of kindergarten affairs, education and care management, health and hygiene protection, family and kindergarten co-education, and intelligent supervision.
3. Functional Requirements
Functional requirements provide detailed demands from the perspectives of management of kindergarten affairs, education and care management, health and hygiene protection, family and kindergarten co-education, and intelligent supervision. Each function should specify its target user roles, specific functionalities to be achieved, and expected outcomes.
Management of kindergarten affairs ensures daily administrative and safety management; education and care management comprehensively documents the learning and growth process of children, significantly enhancing the quality of childcare and education at kindergartens; health and hygiene protection fully guarantees the nutritional safety of meals for children and continuously monitors their physical health throughout the day; family and kindergarten co-education enables parents to fully understand and participate in their child's growth process, establishing an effective communication channel between kindergartens and parents; intelligent supervision provides multi-dimensional, detailed, and visualized data analysis results for kindergarten administrators and educational authorities, enabling smart supervision and scientific decision-making.
4. Performance Requirements
These mainly include requirements related to platform operation, data transmission, data synchronization, network conditions, and smart hardware.
5. Quality Requirements
Specific requirements are put forward in three aspects: reliability, usability, and scalability of the platform.
6. Data Security Requirements
Mainly include requirements for personal information security, data access control, secure data transmission, and desensitization of sensitive data.
7. Testing Methods
These mainly outline the conditions required for testing; test specifications should comply with GB/T 15532 Specification for Software Testing of Computer Systems, ensuring that during the testing process, compliance with functional requirements, performance requirements, quality requirements, and data security requirements is verified to ensure that platform construction meets standards.
8. Product User Manual
Mainly outlines the content that should be included in the product user manual.
