Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the investigation and treatment of flood control hazards in water conservancy projects, the investigation of flood control hazards, the treatment of flood control hazards, the reporting and verification of flood control hazards, etc. It is applicable to the investigation and treatment of flood control hazards in the following water conservancy projects: a) Rivers (sections) above level 3; b) Existing embankment projects above level 5; c) Existing large and medium-sized culverts, pumping stations, rubber dams and other river engineering structures with flood control tasks; d) Existing reservoir projects with a storage capacity of more than 100,000 m³ and a dam level of level IV or above (including hydropower station projects that use dams to block water to form reservoirs); e) Built-up flood storage and detention areas; f) Existing water diversion projects above level V; Other situations can be implemented by reference.
