Scope
Scope: This standard specifies test methods for concrete pipes, pipe sections, fittings and their joints. The test methods are used for production tests and acceptance tests to evaluate whether the material properties meet the specifications. The specimens should not be stored at a temperature below 4°C for more than 24 hours, and the ambient temperature should be maintained between 0 and 25°C (32 and 77°F) with a measurement accuracy of ±1°C. If the test fails due to mechanical reasons, the specimen should be discarded. The selection of specimens should be consistent with the type of pipe or fitting being tested.
