A type acceptance filing should consist of the following items in the indicated order: 1. FCC Form 731; 2. List of exhibits and attachments; 3. Statement of compliance; 4. The required technical information@ including necessary attachments. The technical information is ordered and referenced with respect to (Note@ however@ that Part 2 of the FCC Rules and Regulations. one item@ on page 4 @ is referenced to Part 95 of the Rules and Regulations.)
