This standard applies to facilities that mine and process uranium using borehole underground and heap leaching methods (hereinafter referred to as facilities), and establishes standards for the technological design of such facilities. This standard is intended for use in the development of the “Technological Solutions” section in project documentation in accordance with the provisions of [1], as well as the main technological sections as part of the technical project in accordance with the requirements of [2] for newly designed, or constructed, or expanded, and/or reconstructed objects. This standard does not apply to the design of repair and storage facilities, warehouses, repair points, mechanical repair shops, points for cleaning and decontamination of equipment to be repaired (as well as vehicles, tools and scrap metal), installations for burning flammable production waste, mechanization equipment, as well as for the development of the organization of the repair and warehouse service of the designed facility, means and methods of repair within the framework of technical solutions for the repair and warehouse facility. This standard does not cover norms and requirements in the field of environmental protection, environmental safety and decommissioning, since this standard is intended for the purpose of developing the “Technological Solutions” section of project documentation in accordance with the provisions of [1]
