Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents, and order content for patterned sapphire substrates (hereinafter referred to as "substrates"). It is applicable to the research, development, production, testing, inspection, and quality evaluation of patterned sapphire substrates.

This standard is developed in accordance with the rules stipulated in GB/T 1.1-2020, "Directives for Standardization Work - Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents." It is important to note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization does not assume responsibility for identifying patents.
