Scope

This document provides fire safety management guidance for daily aspects such as the use, parking, charging, sales, and maintenance of electric bicycles. This document is applicable to the management and use units of electric bicycle parking and charging places, construction and operation units of charging (swap) power facilities, and electric bicycle sales, maintenance and after-sales service units (stores), and users to implement the fire safety management responsibilities of electric bicycles. The relevant fire management of other electric tricycles, electric mopeds and electric motorcycles can be implemented accordingly.
