This document specifies methods for testing the impact of genetically modified herbicide-tolerant alfalfa on biodiversity. This document is applicable to the detection of the effects of transgenic alfalfa tolerant to insecticides on weed community diversity, arthropod community diversity, major alfalfa pests and diseases, and root nodules in alfalfa fields.
