Scope
This standard is formulated to implement relevant national laws, regulations, guidelines and policies, implement carbon peak and carbon neutrality decision-making and deployment, meet the requirements of high-quality development of the capital, follow the principle of sustainable development, optimize the energy demand of urban comprehensive passenger transportation hubs, improve the efficiency of energy resource utilization, and reduce building carbon emissions.
