Key improvements: Profile base material density ≤1480kg/m³, main profile visible surface wall thickness requirements:

  • Ordinary type ≥2.5mm
  • Energy-saving type ≥2.8mm
  • Low energy consumption type ≥2.8mm

Aluminum clad plastic doors and windows The actual measured thickness of the aluminum gusset plate is ≥1.2mm, and the hardware must be made of 410 stainless steel.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Material selection: Low-energy buildings should use 80 series and above multi-cavity structures
  2. Enhancement measures: External casement windows must be equipped with anti-fall devices, and cross welding is prohibited for center support connections
  3. Detection focus: The detection value of the destructive force of the welding angle shall not be lower than the calculated value (casement window sash ≥3000N)
  4. Labeling specifications: The product label must include the energy-saving performance code (such as DN-80-1.0)
