Material technical requirements
Key improvements: Profile base material density ≤1480kg/m³, main profile visible surface wall thickness requirements:
- Ordinary type ≥2.5mm
- Energy-saving type ≥2.8mm
- Low energy consumption type ≥2.8mm
Aluminum clad plastic doors and windows The actual measured thickness of the aluminum gusset plate is ≥1.2mm, and the hardware must be made of 410 stainless steel.
Performance grading system
Wind pressure resistance (9-grade system)
The highest grade P₃≥5.0kPa, deflection requirements of main load-bearing members:
- Single-layer glass L/100
- Insulating glass L/150
Thermal insulation performance (6-grade system)
Grading Heat transfer coefficient K value range Grade 10 K＜1.1 Grade 8 1.3≤K＜1.6
Implementation suggestions
- Material selection: Low-energy buildings should use 80 series and above multi-cavity structures
- Enhancement measures: External casement windows must be equipped with anti-fall devices, and cross welding is prohibited for center support connections
- Detection focus: The detection value of the destructive force of the welding angle shall not be lower than the calculated value (casement window sash ≥3000N)
- Labeling specifications: The product label must include the energy-saving performance code (such as DN-80-1.0)
