This standard specifies the technical requirements for pollution control and environmental management requirements for the process of source reduction, classified placement, collection, storage, transportation and utilization of express packaging waste. This standard applies to the source reduction and classification of express packaging waste, as well as the pollution control during the collection, storage, transportation and utilization of express packaging waste recovered at collection points and recycled as recyclables from domestic waste. As a technical basis for postal express delivery companies, express packaging waste collection, utilization and disposal companies, and renewable resource recycling companies to control pollution during project construction and operation environmental management.
