"As required by this standard@ the painting material (hereafter called ""Material"") used for all parts delivered to ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED must receive approval to the appropriate Engineering STANDARD-MATERIAL (hereafter called ""Material Standard"") Moreover@ when there is no relevant Material Standard@ it is necessary to establish a new standard In order for a new material to be approved to a Material Standard@ suppliers must submit Material Properties Certification (MPC) to ISUZU Motors Ltd. The certifications must contain all necessary information needed to establish a Material Standard Final judgment regarding acceptability of MPC@ and approval of the Material to the Material Standard rests with ISUZU Motors Ltd."
