- This document specifies the selection, installation, signage and management requirements for fair scales in commodity trading places. This document is applicable to fixed commodity trading places such as retail farmers' markets, community convenience service centers, and agricultural and sideline product wholesale markets where spot transactions of agricultural and sideline products and bulk foods are carried out.
