The technical requirements are as follows:
Airtightness: The leakage rate of the airtight chamber is less than 5%/h.
Power Supply: Rated voltage is AC 220V, 50HZ. Internal power supply is DC 12V. When powered by a battery under normal conditions, it can continuously operate in suction (negative pressure) for more than 4 hours.
Transport and Installation Method:
5.3.1 Transport the chamber to the designated location via towing or lifting methods and connect it to a 220V/10A power outlet at that location.
5.3.2 After transportation, the chamber should meet all the indicators specified in this document.
Intracompartment Sanitation and Environmental Requirements:
5.4.1 Air bacterial colony count should comply with the requirements of WS/T 368, Section 4.2.3.
5.4.2 Microbial content on objects surfaces should be ≤10 CFU/cm².
5.4.3 Air changes per hour should not be less than 10 times/hour.
5.4.4 Chamber temperature should be controlled within the range of 20℃ to 26℃.
5.4.5 Relative humidity in the chamber should be controlled within the range of 30% to 70%.
5.4.6 Noise level inside the chamber should not exceed 50dB(A).
5.4.7 Illumination can be adjusted and the minimum illumination should meet 50lx.
Intracompartment Pressure: Within 5 minutes after power-on, the pressure should drop to -10Pa. Negative pressure is adjustable with a range of -30Pa to -10Pa.
Air Treatment: Air entering and exiting the chamber should be filtered and disinfected and meet the following requirements:
a) The air filtration device should have a filtration efficiency for 0.3μm aerosol particles that is no less than 99.99%, and comply with GB/T 14295.
b) Air disinfection devices should meet the requirements specified in WS/T 648.
Disinfection Requirements: The ultraviolet disinfection device must meet the requirements of GB 34012, and the disinfection effect must satisfy the provisions of GB 28235. It should comply with the Technical Specifications for Disinfection.
