ApplicabilityThis document applies to RM activities during the Procurement and In-service phases of NATO Equipment programes. It should be used by all Project Managers and In-service Equipment Managers@ including the various NATO Production and Lgoistics Organisations@ who are responsible for RM. The activities involved in the procurement of Reliable and Maintainable defence materiel are covered elsewhere in the ARMP series.
