Scope
1.1 This document proposes specific requirements and guidelines that certification bodies that implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system certification (hereinafter referred to as HACCP system certification) should comply with, and is applicable to CNAS’s accreditation of certification bodies that implement HACCP system certification. Work. 1.2 Part R of this document is a supplementary provision and further explanation to the "Rules for Accreditation of Certification Agencies" (CNAS-RCO1). 1.3 Part C of this document is a supplementary requirement to the "Requirements for Food Safety Management System Certification Agencies" (CNAS-CC18). 1.4 Except for the special provisions or requirements of this document, the accreditation rules formulated by CNAS and the accreditation guidelines and guidelines of management system certification bodies are applicable, and the requirements of these documents should be met at the same time.
