GB/T 29627.3-2023 specifies the classification and naming, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyaramid fiberboard for electrical use, and is applicable to the manufacture of polyaramid fiberboard.
Standard parts | Content overview | Scope of application |
---|---|---|
Part 1 | Definitions, names and general requirements | Terms and basic specifications |
Part 2 | Test methods | Physical property tests |
Part 3 | Single material specifications | Specific product standards |
According to GB/T 29627.1—2013, electrical polyaramid fiberboard is divided into the following three types:
Model | Characteristics | Apparent density g/cm³ |
---|---|---|
APB-LD | Low density | 0.5~0.7 |
APB-C | Medium density | >0.7~1.0 |
APB-HD | High density | >1.0~1.2 |
The performance requirements of polyaramid fiber paperboard include key indicators such as thickness deviation, apparent density, tensile strength, and elongation at break.
The thickness deviation of low-density (APB-LD type) paperboard is allowed to be ±10%, while the requirements for high-density (APB-HD type) paperboard are higher and the deviation needs to be controlled within a stricter range.
To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, it is recommended that enterprises strictly follow the test methods and inspection rules during the production process and conduct regular quality audits and technical training.
