This method adopts the principle of chemiluminescence competition method. After hydrolysis, acidification, extraction and re-dissolution, the capsaicin in the sample competes with the antigen marker in the kit for binding to the capsaicin-specific antibody linked to the magnetic particle carrier or competes with the antigen linked to the magnetic particle carrier in the kit to bind to the capsaicin. Primer-specific antibody markers form antigen-antibody complexes. After magnetic separation and cleaning, the corresponding relative light units (RLU) are measured with a fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzer. The amount of capsaicin in the sample is inversely proportional to the RLU value.
