Analysis of implementation points

Raw material supervision case

A certain energy storage project found that the magnetic material of the graphite negative electrode exceeded the standard (measured 12ppm>standard 10ppm). According to Appendix D requirements:

  • Immediately launch B.1 quality problem notification
  • Trace 3 batches of raw materials
  • Increase Class I witness to 5%

Process control innovation

The standard clearly states for the first time that the electrode drying process needs to be monitored simultaneously:

  • Solvent concentration ≤1000ppm
  • Weight loss rate fluctuation ≤±1.5%
  • Online resistivity detection

Standard evolution analysis

Compared with the DL/T 586 general supervision standard, this document highlights three breakthroughs:

  1. Material dimension: New special requirements for lithium titanate negative electrodes
  2. Test method: Introduce new indicators for adiabatic temperature rise test
