Scope

This document stipulates the composition of investment estimates for renovation projects of old residential areas in Hubei Province, the basis for preparation, the content of investment estimates, the method for preparing engineering costs and cost indicators, other engineering construction costs, basic reserve funds and the calculation of construction period interest, etc. This document applies to renovation projects of old residential areas in Hubei Province that are invested and constructed with fiscal funds. For construction projects where non-fiscal funds hold a controlling or dominant position, the investment estimates can be carried out in accordance with this regulation.
