SAE AS7510B-2023 - Coupling Assembly, Threadless, Flexible, Self-Locking, Fixed Cavity, High Conductivity, Self-Bonding, Part Specification

Scope: This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) defines the requirements for a threadless, flexible, highly conductive, self-adhesive coupling assembly that, when installed over a defined ferrule, provides a flexible connection for tubing and components in pressurized fluid systems. The assembled coupling is designed to provide interchangeability of parts and assemblies between qualified manufacturers at a nominal working pressure of 130 psi over a range of -65 to +265°F and for the life of the aircraft system.
