In order to clarify the acceptance conditions for accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories and unify the accreditation evaluation standards, CNAS has specially formulated this document to provide supplementary explanations on the relevant requirements of CNAS-RL01 "Laboratory Accreditation Rules". This document applies to testing/calibration laboratories applying for initial accreditation and expanded accreditation scope, as well as CNAS staff to accept and review applications submitted by applicants.
