Measurement and monitoring method of carbon sink in Baotou forest and grass carbon stamps (English Version)

Scope: This document specifies the boundaries, content and methods for carbon sequestration or carbon sink measurement and monitoring for applying for forest and grassland carbon tickets. This document applies to forest land or grassland with a construction period no earlier than December 31, 2005 and a carbon sink accounting period no earlier than November 8, 2012, with a second-category survey (or third-category survey) or forest and grassland ecological comprehensive monitoring data basis from the forestry department, and carbon sequestration or carbon sink measurement and monitoring that will not lead to additional greenhouse gas emissions.
