Scope
This document establishes the processing procedures for non-concentrated reconstituted citrus juice, specifies the operating instructions for the stages of raw material selection, cleaning, juicing, separation, thawing, refining and filtration, refilling, homogenization, degassing, filling, sterilization, packaging, storage and transportation, and describes the traceability methods such as process records. This document is applicable to the production of non-concentrated reconstituted citrus juice using orange, grapefruit, mandarin orange, lemon and other citrus fruits as raw materials in Hubei Province, and can be used as a reference in other regions.
