Scope
This document provides guidance and suggestions on food safety management personnel, system construction, safety accident handling, archives, evaluation and improvement of large and medium-sized food wholesale (warehousing) enterprises. This document is applicable to food safety hazard investigation and risk control of food wholesale (warehousing) enterprises classified as large and medium-sized enterprises in the "Statistical Classification Standards for Large, Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (2017)", that is, food wholesale operators who sell food in bulk to food business units.
