Public rental housing construction standards (English Version)

Scope: In order to regulate and guide the construction and development of public rental housing in this city, ensure the quality of design and construction management of public rental housing, and implement the architectural principle of "applicable, economical, green and beautiful", this standard is formulated in accordance with relevant national and Beijing regulations and combined with the actual situation of this city. This standard applies to new and renovated public rental housing in the administrative area of Beijing. The construction of public rental housing should be adapted to the actual economic development level of this city and coordinated with the surrounding environment of the project area; it should adhere to the principle of sustainable development and meet the transformability of public rental housing. In addition to complying with this standard, the construction of public rental housing should also comply with the provisions of the current relevant standards of the country and Beijing.
