1.1 In order to ensure that CNAS's remote review activities meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, standards and international organizations and can be implemented in a standardized and effective manner, this document is specially formulated. 1.2 This document stipulates the principles, security and confidentiality, evaluation and process of remote assessment of certification bodies by CNAS. This document is applicable to accreditation activities related to CNAS’ implementation of remote assessment of certification bodies. It is a supplement to the relevant content in CNAS’s current accreditation specifications. Accreditation activities not covered by this document are still implemented in accordance with the corresponding accreditation specifications.
