This document stipulates the technical requirements for the production and processing of Fengdu Spicy Chicken, the hygienic requirements and quality requirements for the operation of ready-made and ready-to-sell chicken. This document applies to the production, processing and ready-to-sell of Fengdu spicy chicken, but does not apply to vendors engaged in ready-to-sell. The current products and products sold in supermarkets, shops and markets shall be implemented accordingly.
