Scope
This Standard Practice establishes requirements for cast copper alloy flanges and flanged fittings having dimensions@ ratings@ and materials not included in ASME B16.24. Specifically@ this Standard Practice encompasses the following: Solder joint flanges@ when made of ASTM B62@ Copper Alloy UNS No. C83600@ ASTM B584@ Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600@ C83800@ and C84400@ for rating Class 125 and Class 150. Threaded flanges and blind flanges@ when made of ASTM B584@ Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600@ C83800@ and C84400 for rating Class 150 and Class 300. Flanged fittings@ when made of ASTM B584@ Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600@ C83800@ and C84400 for rating Class 150.
