As the first local food safety standard in Yunnan Province specifically for Ganoderma lucidum, DBS53/036-2023 fills the gap in the supervision of special edible fungi. The standard is based on the characteristics of the Ganoderma lucidum cultivation industry in the Yunnan plateau and is formulated with reference to national standards such as GB 2763.
