- This technical report is associated with Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) project NDE-4-201. This technical report demonstrates the failure pressure ratio (FPR) and depth elements of a reasonable in-crack inspection (ILI) response standard that will be applied in conjunction with other best practices of API RP 1176 and taking into account advances in ultrasonic crack ILI technology and performance.
