Scope
Basic requirements 4.1 Garden environment 4.1.1 Annual average sunshine hours 2850~4000h, annual effective accumulated temperature above 10℃ above 4500℃, effective accumulated temperature above 10℃ above 1000℃ in August and September, frost-free period 208~238d, annual average precipitation 7.2~44.7mm. 4.1.2 Other requirements shall comply with NY/T391. 4.2 Grape plantation 4.2.1 The regional distribution of grape plantations shall comply with the protection scope of geographical indication products stipulated in DB65/T3780-2015 "Geographical Indication Product Turpan Wine". 4.2.2 Grape plantations must be planted and managed independently by wineries. 4.2.3 Grafted grape trees must be more than 5 years old, and self-rooted grape trees must be more than 4 years old before they can be used as raw materials for winery wine production. 4.2.4 The soil of the plantation shall be sandy loam, gravel soil or improved brown desert soil, with good soil permeability, salt content not exceeding 3g/kg, and soil pH ≤ 8.5. 4.2.5 The use of pesticides shall comply with the provisions of NY/T393 4.3 Winery 4.3.1 The winery construction approval procedures and wine production license of Turpan production area shall be obtained. 4.3.2 The whole process of grape raw material processing, fermentation, storage and bottling shall be completed in the winery. 4.3.3 The output of winery wine shall correspond to the output of grapes planted in the winery. 4.3.4 The winery environment, production workshops and facilities, sanitary facilities and control, equipment and tools, hygiene management, personnel management and training shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T23543 "Good Production Practice for Wine Enterprises". 4.3.5 The production water shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB5749 4.3.6 Cleaning and disinfection shall comply with the relevant requirements of T/ZHCA601. 4.4 Winery wines 4.4.1 For winery wines marked with a single variety, the proportion of the marked grape variety shall not be less than 75% of the total content (calculated by volume fraction). 4.4.2 For wines marked with a year, the proportion of the marked year wine shall not be less than 80% of the total content (calculated by volume fraction). 4.4.3 Sensory requirements shall comply with the requirements of GB/T15037. 4.4.4 Physical and chemical indicators
