1.1 In order to further standardize and guide the implementation of remote audit activities by certification bodies, and ensure that certification bodies appropriately and correctly apply ICT to implement remote audits while meeting the requirements of relevant international standards, relevant international organizations and CNAS, and can operate in a standardized and effective manner, this document is specially formulated this document. 1.2 This document provides guidance and instructions on the relevant content of remote auditing implemented by certification bodies using ICT, and lists the guidance documents on remote auditing by relevant domestic and foreign organizations. It is a supplementary explanation to the relevant content in the current CNAS accreditation specification document. Activities not covered by this document are still performed in accordance with relevant documents. 1.3 This document is applicable to remote audit activities of management systems, personnel and product certification bodies, and other certification bodies can refer to it for implementation.
