Scope
This standard specifies the guiding principles and normative requirements for the export enterprises of breakfast staple cooked quick-frozen noodle and rice products to implement the "same production line, same standard, same quality" (hereinafter referred to as "three same") for domestic and foreign sales, and specifies the definition of products, the requirements for "three same" products and enterprises, the production management requirements for "three same" products, and the use of "three same" product logos. This standard applies to domestically sold breakfast staple cooked quick-frozen noodle and rice products that meet the "same production line, same standard, same quality" requirements in Weifang City, including pastries (dumplings, buns, etc.), rice products (glutinous rice balls, rice dumplings, etc.) and other quick-frozen rice and noodle products (pumpkin cakes, spring rolls, etc.).
