Scope

This standard specifies two detection methods, ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR, specific for transgenic insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant cotton T304-40 transformants. This standard is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of transgenic insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant cotton T304-40 and its derivative varieties, as well as the components of T304-40 transformants in crystal production.
