Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for the production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation of substitute tea. This standard applies to substitute tea products that are made from plant buds, leaves, flowers and buds, fruits (fruits), and rhizomes that can be used for food, other than traditional tea (Camellia sinesis LOkunts), and are processed (without extraction and without adding any food additives) and brewed (immersed or boiled) in a similar way to tea for people to drink.
