This document specifies the terms and definitions of lightning protection devices for wind farms, lightning protection classification, test steps, test items, technical requirements, test methods, test cycles, test equipment, test cycles, test data records and result judgments, test reports, etc. This document is applicable to the performance and grounding characteristic parameter testing of lightning protection devices for large horizontal axis wind turbines with a rated power of 600kW or more on land. Other types of wind turbines can be tested with reference to this specification.
