Scope

To promote the implementation of the Beijing Master Plan (2016-2035), in accordance with the requirements of the Beijing 14th Five-Year Plan and Natural Resources Standardization Work Plan (2021-2025) and the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation's 2022 Beijing Local Standard Formulation and Revision Project Plan (Second Batch) (Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation [2022] No. 30), the standard drafting group has formulated this standard based on in-depth investigation and research, careful summary of practical experience, reference to relevant domestic and foreign advanced standards, and extensive solicitation of opinions.
