Scope
INTRODUCTION This Design Layout Report-Mechanized Interface Specification (DLR-MIS) was developed using the field names and data characteristics of the Design Layout Report-Industry Support Interface (DLR-ISI)@ ATIS/OBF-DLR-008. While the DLR-ISI addresses DLR content@ the DLR-MIS addresses format and transfer techniques. Therefore the DLRMIS cannot be implemented without also implementing the DLR-ISI. The DLR-MIS contains two sections@ a Data Transfer Format and a Physical and Link Level Protocol.
