- Scope
- This standard specifies the minimum requirements for the construction and performance of spill containment devices for above-ground flammable liquid and combustible liquid storage tanks. For the purposes of this standard flammable liquids and combustible liquids include gasoline, fuel oil, kerosene and diesel fuel, including gasoline containing up to 15% ethanol (E15) and diesel fuel containing up to 5% biodiesel (B5).
