- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for apple clear juice concentrate. This standard applies to concentrated apple juice with a soluble solids content of not less than 60% (m/m) made from fresh, moderately mature apples as raw materials, crushed, pressed, clarified, sterilized and concentrated.
