- This standard consists of 8 chapters, including scope, normative references, terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, testing rules, markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and installation and commissioning requirements. The main contents are as follows:
1. Usage Environment
The Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard should be used in an indoor environment with a temperature ranging from 10°C to 40°C and relative humidity not exceeding 90%. Avoid direct sunlight exposure and water splashes. It is advisable to provide external lighting when the illuminance of the writing surface is below 500 lx.
2. Writing Performance
It is recommended that the Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard be written with a dedicated pen, where the writing pressure ranges from 2 N to 3 N. The writing should flow smoothly and uniformly, clearly visible without line breaks or delays in display. The number of times it can be written should not be less than 100,000 times. The accuracy of writing positioning on the Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard should not exceed 1 mm. The saved writing trace duration should be greater than 30 days.
3. Erasing Function
The Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard has one-click erasure and local erasure functions powered by a battery or external power source. The time for one-click erasure should not exceed 1.5 seconds, with no breakpoints or blind spots, leaving no obvious residual traces after erasure. Local erasure should take no more than 0.4 seconds, without breakpoints or blind spots, and the non-erased area should remain unaffected. The number of times it can be erased should not be less than 100,000.
4. Data Interconnection Interaction Function
Data transmission between the Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard and intelligent display terminals is possible to achieve interaction between writing traces and the intelligent display terminal.
5. Test Methods
The Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard should undergo tests in an indoor environment with a temperature of 15°C to 35°C and relative humidity from 25% to 75% (excluding environmental adaptability testing). A spherical pen with a diameter of 10 mm should be used for writing under an illuminance level of 500 lx, with observers at a height range of 1.3 m to 1.8 m and corrected visual acuity in both eyes not less than 1.0. The smart display terminal should install interconnection software, have a remaining random storage capacity greater than 128M, and a remaining hard disk capacity greater than 3G.
The writing pressure can be detected using a pressure sensor.
During one-click erasure, a camera with a frame rate of 200 fps should record the Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard. The time difference between pressing the one-click erase button and pen迹清除时间差不应大于1.5秒。局部擦除时,使用帧率为200 fps的摄像机拍摄液晶互联书写板,在配套板擦的动作与笔迹清除之间的时间差应不大于0.4秒。
6. Transportation Requirements
During transportation, it should be placed stably and protected from collisions; it must not be thrown or subjected to heavy pressure, rain, treading, etc., and should be vertically stored.
7. Storage Requirements
The storage area should be firm, level, with items stored off the ground, without being compressed or damaged. The temperature range for storage is -10°C to 40°C, and relative humidity does not exceed 90%. Items should be vertically stored and not stacked.
8. Installation and Commissioning Requirements
Before installation, check if there are any damages on the Liquid Crystal Interconnected Whiteboard surface and whether its functions are normal; replace it immediately if damaged or malfunctioning. Compare with the packing list to ensure that all accessories are complete; replenish them if missing. During installation, protect the surface from damage.
After installation, connect the power line and USB data line, test writing, erasing, and interconnection transmission storage functions.
