Scope

This document stipulates the safety assessment organization, procedures, assessment content, risk assessment methods and hidden danger rectification requirements for electrochemical energy storage power stations. This document applies to electrochemical energy storage power stations (referred to as energy storage power stations) or energy storage facilities (lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid/lead-carbon batteries, all-vanadium flow batteries) with a power of 500kW and above and a capacity of 500kW·h and above. Energy storage power stations (energy storage facilities) of other scales and related battery types can be implemented by reference.
