This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of cyproheptadine in animal hair. This standard is applicable to the determination of cyproheptadine in pig hair, wool and cattle hair. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.25μg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.5μg/kg.
