This document stipulates the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, accompanying documents and order form content of crude scandium. This document applies to crude scandium products produced from scandium-containing raw materials such as nickel ores and crude nickel salts through hydrosmelting processes. This product is mainly used as a raw material for scandium smelting.
